Error: EE Plugin: unable to retrieve list of downloaded applications: there is an error in XML document

You may encounter the following error when accessing online admissions forms in the NetCommunity plugin of Education Edge.

Online App Start up error: unable to retrieve list of downloaded applications: there is an error in XML document

Online App Initialization error: Error occurred while loading online application transactions: Error occurred while accessing the run time value for component item: Field (fdc69008-da66-4cf0-a056-b0f3652caa23) could not be found
This error is resolved in the latest version of NetCommunity, Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. Ensure the plugin is updated on the workstation to the latest version as well.
