Try each of the following issues in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Access the site using Mozilla Firefox. Note: Safari is not a supported Internet Browser
  2. Verify the latest version of the Citrix plug-in is used. If not, uninstall and reinstall the Citrix Metaframe client
  3. Download and install the certificate for Macintosh
  4. If connecting wirelessly to the network, connect to the network using an Ethernet connection
  5. Reboot the workstation
  6. Launch Mozilla Firefox
  7. Log into Blackbaud Hosting Services
  8. Launch the Raiser's Edge and log in
