Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.
  1. Create a gift query of records to be changed   
  2. Click Administration, Globally Change Records.  
  3. In the Gift category, select Gift and click New Change.  
  4. Click the Include button and select the query created in step 1.  
  5. In Available Fields, select Tax Claim Number.  
  6. Select the Operation of Add.  
  7. In the Add field, enter the claim number to be added to gifts.  
  8. Click OK.  
  9. Click Change Now.
