error: This request cannot be deleted because enrollment exists for the request or it has been withdrawn, or a request that has a course rule with this request

When trying to Globally Delete all unfulfilled course requests for every grade level for current and past years, receive error: This request cannot be deleted because enrollment exists for the request or it has been withdrawn, or a request that has a course rule with this request.   Zero requests are deleted.  However, the preprocessing report shows zero exceptions with the above message. The Globally Delete Preprocessing Report should show all requests which are exceptions that will not be deleted.  Example: If a student has withdrawn from a course, the student will appear in the report as an exception with a message stating: This request cannot be deleted because enrollment exists for the request or it has been withdrawn, or a request that has a course rule with this request.  The request will not be deleted when clicking Remove Requests Now.

We resolved this issue in version 7.82.104, patch 16. Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
