When a user clicks on the Locate/Search tab from within the CMS management window, an Unexpected Error message appears stating We apologize, an error has occurred while processing the page you requested.
For example, when supporters access a page and attempt to run a search based on a particular city (through the Contact Lookup Tool), an error screen appears.
