1. Right click within the grid of the New Journal Entry.
  2. Click on the field to add or remove.
  3. Note: A checkmark beside the field indicates it is visible in the grid.
Note that the following options are also available:
The ability to change how debits and credits are posted.
Whether the account selector will prompt if accounts are input incorrectly.
Whether Account numbers should auto complete.

Any of the options can be checked to see how they work and again unchecked to turn off.
