When printing transcripts, transfer or other courses print in a separate section from the school's courses and the academic year when they were taken does not show. The course has grading and restrictions for the academic year and shows in Enter grades by student that it was taken for that year.
If classes were not created for the course, the academic year will not show. You can use the following steps to print the transfer/other courses along with the school's courses under the proper academic year.
1. In Mail>Forms> Transcripts, open the transcript. 2. On the Details tab, select the Format button next to Include information from outside schools attended. 3. Select Print outside school information: with current school. 4. Click OK.
