You can replace PrintControl.exe in the Bin directory, or if that does not fix this error, the Print Manager needs to be reinstalled.

To replace PrintControl.exe in the Bin directory:
  1. At the server desktop, open Explore or My computer.
  2. Open the FundWare\Data directory on the server drive.
  3. Find the PrintCon.exe and double-click to open.  If it opens the Print Manager, continue to step 4.  If the Print manager does not open, then you need to reinstall the Print manager per the instructions below.
  4. Right-click on PrintCon.exe and click on copy.
  5. Open the Fundware\7.xx\Bin directory on the server drive.
  6. Right-click in the Bin directory and click on Paste.
  7. In the Bin directory, find the file PrintControl.exe, right-click, select Rename and rename it to oldPrintControl.exe.
  8. In the Bin directory, find the file PrintCon.exe, right-click, select Rename and rename it to PrintControl.exe.
To reinstall the Print Manager:
  1. Have all users log out of FundWare.
  2. Download your version of FundWare and save to your server desktop.
  3. Log onto the server as the local administrator.
  4. Open the download and find the Print Manager Folder.
  5. Double-click on the file Setup.exe to reinstall.
