Effective July 14, 2015, Blackbaud will no longer support Windows XP®, Windows Vista®, Windows Server® 2003, and SQL Server™ 2005. While we will continue to answer your software questions regardless of your Windows® or SQL Server™ version, we will no longer address product issues related to these specific Microsoft® products and will no longer test our software to ensure compatibility with them.
Alternative Solution:
Log in to the NetCommunity web site via the IP address instead of the domain name to avoid this error. [i.e. http://123.12.12.123/login.aspx instead of http://www.youdomain.org/login.aspx].
Note: Depending on the browser that you are using, you will need to either acknowledge/clear an SSL warning or add a security exception to your browser to continue. If you cannot access the IP of your NetCommunity site, then you will need to contact your IT department to get access to the IP address.
