If your organization hosts NetCommunity
This error has been shown to occur on older versions of Windows Server, such as Windows Server 2003, and upgrading the server will resolve this issue. We recommend upgrading all servers to meet the current
system requirements for NetCommunity. This has been resolved with the latest release, If not on the latest versions please look at the solutions below.

After this is complete, check to ensure the primary site URL is entered correctly:
  1. Log into NetCommunity.
  2. Select Administration > Sites & Settings.
  3. Select the site level from the left hand navigation.
  4. Verify the primary site URL is listed correctly, update if needed.
  5. Save.

Effective July 14, 2015, Blackbaud will no longer support Windows XP®, Windows Vista®, Windows Server® 2003, and SQL Server™ 2005. While we will continue to answer your software questions regardless of your Windows® or SQL Server™ version, we will no longer address product issues related to these specific Microsoft® products and will no longer test our software to ensure compatibility with them.

Alternative Solution:
Log in to the NetCommunity web site via the IP address instead of the domain name to avoid this error. [i.e. http://123.12.12.123/login.aspx instead of http://www.youdomain.org/login.aspx].
Note: Depending on the browser that you are using, you will need to either acknowledge/clear an SSL warning or add a security exception to your browser to continue. If you cannot access the IP of your NetCommunity site, then you will need to contact your IT department to get access to the IP address.
