When in Configuration, International, while trying to create a new country the user may receive this error message. After clicking on ok, the user will be unable to click save and close in the new country window without receiving this error message. The only way to close the new country window is by clicking the red x and choosing no for the prompt that asks if the new record should be saved before closing.
The country that was to be created does not appear in the country list in Config > International. If the user tries to create the same country again, a prompt will appear that says that this country cannot be created because it already exists. The country that was attempted to be created, does appear in the Country drop down menu on the Bio1 or Org1 tab of all constituent records despite it not appearing in the country list in Configuration, International.
