Step One: Send the contact list over through Connector
Please note: all records in the contact list must have the Sphere_constituent_identifier on their contact record in order for them to be flagged for transmission.  This attribute can be globally added in Raiser's Edge if needed.
  1. Develop your query in Raiser's Edge
  2. Select the query to go over as a contact list
  3. Sync
  4. In Sphere, go to your mailing
  5. Click Receivers
  6. Expand Saved Queries
  7. Select Static Queries
  8. Add your Contact List
  9. Click Done
  10. Name your receiver base
  11. Click OK

Step Two: Locate the contact list to verify it is correct
  1. Go to Contacts > Database Management > Contacts Lists
  2. Manage your contact list and confirm all records are present
Step Three: Update the list with the Virtual Account
  1. Contacts > Individuals > Advanced Search
  2. Expand Saved Queries
  3. Select Static List and add your contact list/query
  4. Run Query
  5. Batch Update
  6. Update all Queried Records
  7. Select Virtual Accounts to update
  8. Click Continue
  9. Choose the appropriate account by marking "Add"
  10. Click Save
  11. Click Ok
  12. Update the batch
