Altru and RMS may print from the same workstation; however, OPOS drivers must be uninstalled first.

Try all of the following in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Uninstall any OPOS drivers through Add/Remove Programs
  2. Go to register properties
  3. Receipt Printer tab
  4. Change the Printer Type to Windows
  5. In the Windows Device Name field, enter the exact name of the printer as it appears in Windows Printer and Faxes
  6. Restart the RMS register application
