There is no drop down for values stored in tables when using them as a filter in query

When filtering on certain fields in query that are associated with a code table, query doesn't prompt the user for the code table values, but just asks the user to type in values.

In query we typically would search on a specific string, or portion, of the source code rather than a specific exact source code.  Also the database could potentially contain thousands of source codes, creating performance issues in a drop-down menu.
