When integration is setup and a record is linked, users may not have the option to sync a record with The Raiser's Edge.
More than one record exists for a single constituent in ResearchPoint, one of which is already linked and able to be synced.
1. Ensure integration is setup (BB297039). 2. Copy all constituent and wealth information to a single record. 3. Delete all duplicate constituent records. 4. Open the remaining record in Wealth and Ratings view. 5. If it was not already linked, select Link with The Raiser's Edge from the left-hand toolbar. If the record was already linked, proceed to step 6. 6. You should now have the option to Sync with The Raiser's Edge.
