Membership transactions do not show up

When clicking More Information, Memberships/Transactions, no transactions show in BBEC version 2.8.  The following error is also thrown when clicking Apply:

Error: Required field missing: Currency when clicking
Download and install the latest patch which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Alternative Resolution:
Open the individual memberships for the constituent and go to the transactions tab.

1. Open Constituent record
2. Select Membership from More Information
3. Open the membership by double clicking
4. Go to the transaction tab
