In order for appeals to go over in the Connector, they must be affiliated to both the Fund and the Campaign.

1. Go to Control > Administration > Organization Setup > Set Up Funds/Donor Designations.
2. Hover over the fund name and click Edit
3. Under Campaigns, add the campaign that is affiliated to the missing appeal. 

  • Campaign names and Appeals can be located at Control > Campaign Manager.  Select your Campaign and the affiliated appeal will be listed on the Appeals tab
4. Click Finish
5. Confirm proper Fund Mapping through Control > Administration > Connector Sync
6. Sync
