Try each of the following in order under the issue is resolved:
  1. Ensure the application is being run on Internet Explorer 8 or higher (refer to the system requirements for the most up to date information), browsers such as Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are not compatible
  2. Delete the Apps>2.0 folder (BB725196)
  3. Restart the workstation
  4. Ensure that the latest version of .NET Framework is downloaded and installed on the affected workstation
