Campaign information is not coming over in the Connector

This covers any case where campaign information fails to come through the Sphere Connector to the Raiser's Edge batches or records.
Verify the correct mapping and set up has taken place through Campaigns or Appeals (BB719756)

Ensure the campaign is linked to the Fund in Raiser's Edge:
  1. In Raiser's Edge, navigate to Records>Campaigns
  2. Search for and open the campaign which is not coming through the Sphere Connector
  3. Navigate to the Giving Hierarchy tab
  4. If the associated Fund for is not listed, click the arrow next to Add a New Fund and click Add Existing Fund
  5. After adding all the associated funds, click Save and Close
