After clicking Sync with The Raiser's Edge in a prospect record, it looks like the sync completes successfully. However, no information is transferred between ResearchPoint and The Raiser's Edge.
Ensure that you are linking an Individual record with The Raiser's Edge, rather than a Household record:
The name at the top of the ResearchPoint record should say one person's full name, such as "John Q. Doe." If it says just the family name, "Doe," or both spouses, "Jane and John Doe," you are using the Household record.
You will need to unlink the Household record before you will be able to link the individual.
