Alternate Solution:
Add a fake email address for the constituent and mark it as Do Not Email
  1. Go to the constituent's record and click on the Contact tab
  2. Click Add and select Email address
  3. Assign the constituent a fake email address and mark the Do not send email to this address box
  4. Complete the credit card transaction
