1. In Mail, Forms, Statements, open the saved statement parameter or create a new one
  2. Select the Filters tab
  3. Use the available filters to include the appropriate records only in the process.  For example, change All to Selected for the Record Billing Statuses row and only select the active billing status(es) to be included.  Another commonly used filter is Statement Recipient Record Type and only including Individuals and Organizations.
  4. Select File, Save
  5. Preview or print the statements
