First, create the attribute:
  1. Navigate to Communities > Forms: Registration
  2. Hover over the form name and click Webinfo Checklist
  3. Click on Registration Form Options
  4. Click on Add Attribute
  5. Assign an Attribute Name, Attribute Type, and select if the field is Required (Yes/No)
  6. Save
Next, add the options for the attribute:
  1. Click on Add next to the attribute name
  2. Enter an Option Name and a dollar amount (if free, enter $0)
  3. Save
  4. Repeat the process to add additional options as needed
Finally, assign the attribute to a registration type:
  1. Click Edit next to the registration type
  2. Scroll down to the "Attribute Library" column
  3. Select the attribute from the list of available attributes in the right hand column
  4. Click Add to move it to the "Registration Type has these attributes" column
  5. Save
  6. Repeat the process to assign attributes to each registration type as needed
