1. Right click on the desktop of the workstation.
  2. Go to Screen Resolution
  3. Drag the track bar to 1024x768
If the 1024x768 option is not available in screen resolution we must unlock the option.  Note : Incorrect changes to registry settings can cause serious system problems that may be irreversible without reinstallation of the operating system. You must back up your registry before making any registry changes. We are not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect use of the Registry Editor.
  1.     Go to the Windows button in the bottom left of the screen > All Programs > Accessories > Run
  2.     Type in Regedit, hit OK.
  3.     Right click on HKEY_Classes_Root and choose Find.
  4.     Search for Display1_DownScalingSupported, double click on the string value and change to 1.
  5.     Repeat steps 1-4 until all Display1_DownScalingSupported string values have a value of 1 (there should only be 2-3 changes).
  6.     Restart the workstation.
  7.     Right click on the desktop of the workstation.
  8.     Go to Screen Resolution
  9.     Drag the track bar to 1024X784
