Registration form creating duplicates

This solution is used when a registration form is set up to allow one person at a time to register.  Once the first participant has registered, and then they go to register other individuals, it  creates a duplicate of the original participant and does not register the new individual. 

This issue is typically caused by clicking the back button your internet browser, or by not closing the window completely.  In order to stop duplicate registrants who are completing the form on the same workstation, it is best to close the window completely and launch a new window with each registrant.
