When exporting a file from your Blackbaud software in the hosted environment, users may receive the following message "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."
This message may appear when exporting to a location other than the Files folder in the Boston, Orange County, and Vancouver Data Centers. This message may also occur when clicking on the Media tab for a constituent record and selecting 'Create file from' and then browsing to a location other than the Files folder.
This message may also appear when trying to upload images directly into Online Express directly from local workstation.
This is an intended message that is required due to a necessary user policy that has been put in place by Blackbaud Hosting Services.
