You may find that at some point, the links (General, Email/Newsletters, Team Fundraising, Web Traffic) on the NetCommunity tab of some constituents records who are NetCommunity users no longer function (i.e. clicking the links do nothing).
A support analyst can assist you in clearing out all historical BBNC data from all constituent records in Raiser's Edge so that BBNC can then re-send all of this data. Once BBNC begins to re-send this integration data, BBNC continue repopulating all of this data in RE until all historical data has been re-sent.
