Unable to reset Sphere administrative password and log into Sphere

After resetting a password, a Sphere user is unable to log into Sphere.  It may appear the password has not reset and the user gets kicked out of the log in process.
  • Make sure the CAPS is not on
  • Close the browser windows and reopen a new window to log onto internet.Blackbaud.com
  • Try logging in through a different workstation
  • Chat with Support and reference this article.
