Because the additional guest/registrant did not pay a registration fee, the guest will not have event information on his or her contact record.  If the organization is using the Connector, the guest may go over with no event information attached.


If the custom event fields or custom profile fields were selected for the guest information, we can run a report and include the Custom Fields by customizing the columns displayed. Afterwards, we can edit the record to include this information provided in the fields.
