When participants register for a Thon event, they are able to access the Participant HQ to make changes to their fundraising page, send out emails to supporters, etc. Can a Sphere user make any changes to the pages once created?
These areas cannot be edited by a Sphere Administrator. If the administrator wishes to change any of the content on the supporter's personal page, he or she will need to contact the participant directly and request them to make the change.
Note: Passwords are not stored in Sphere, so the Sphere administrator would not be able to log into the HQ and make the change.
