What are the default folders in the Blackbaud Hosting Services Files Folder, and can they be removed?

The Files Folder in the Hosting environment contains several folders by default. The folders include Mail, My Documents, My Pictures, and My Videos. You may also see folders related to the applications you work with, such as RE, FE, RE_Sec, FE_Sec, PY, and AP.

These folders should not be removed and may cause features or functions to stop working. Here is a list of folders that are placed in the Files Folder by Blackbaud Hosting Services, a description of each:

Mail - Stores mail integration information
My Documents - Cannot be removed
My Pictures - Cannot be removed
My Videos - Cannot be removed
RE - Intended for RE related documents
FE- Intended for FE related documents
RE_Sec - The Raiser's Edge secure folder
FE_Sec - The Financial Edge secure folder
PY - Related to payroll
AP - Related to accounts payable
