If you host your own Raiser's Edge, please confirm that the Integration Service has been installed on the Raiser's Edge server by doing the following:
  1. Log into the Raiser's Edge server
  2. Go to Start > Control Panel
  3. Open Administrative Tools
  4. Open Services
  5. Look for a service called "Integration Service (xxxxxx)", where "xxxxx" is a number unique to your organization
If this service does not appear on your server then it will need to be installed before installing the Connector on any workstations to ensure proper connectivity.

If the Integration Service is installed, ensure that it is running and that the server you are attempting to connect the Connector on the workstation to is the correct server name.
