Some organizations may wish to add a YouTube video onto their event site in Blackbaud Sphere. However, the organization may decide not to use additional HTML or the embed code to do so. This process allows for the video to be added via a pre-constructed feature in Sphere. To add a video without the embed code:
  1.  Navigate to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon Hover over the event name and click Website Info
  2. Click on Website Features
  3. Underneath the Event Social Media section, add the link to your YouTube video
  4. Click Save
  5. Navigate back to Webinfo Checklist
  6. Publish Your Event Now

*NOTE: Make sure your YouTube video is set to 500px wide or less. If not it will cause the content in the body to expand into the right column.
