Grades for the current academic year from a different school are not included in cumulative GPA calculation when student has grades from multiple schools

When students have grades from multiple schools that have overlapping dates for their academic years, the cumulative GPA for one school for a specific academic year does not include the grades awarded in the other school for the corresponding academic year. The cumulative GPA calculation for both schools for these academic years in question, however, do include all past grades from a combination of both schools.

We resolved this issue in version 7.82.104, patch 20. Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
