- Capture the name of the application server you are accessing, if available.
- Contact Support and reference this article and the server name.
If your organization's data is located in the Blackbaud SKY environment:
- Fully sign out of Citrix and the FENXT Web View.
- Confirm your session is completely disconnected within the NXT web view for several minutes.
- Try logging in again. The error should be gone and allow you to successfully sign in to database view.
