1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Kintera Gala
  2. Hover over the event's name and select Webinfo Checklist
  3. Click Customize Forms
  4. Select the Start a Team form
    • On Field Selection, activate or select the appropriate fields for the form
    • Click Save
    • On Field Order and Label Text, enter additional text in the appropriate text boxes
    • On Field Order and Label Text, move the appropriate fields' order
    • Click Save and Done
  5. On the Webinfo Checklist, click Update Your Event Now
