Error: Do you want to Open or Save launch.ica - when attempting to launch a Blackbaud Hosting Services Application using Internet Explorer

While using Internet Explorer to log into Blackbaud Hosting Services and start the programs, you may be prompted to Open or Save the launch.ica file.  The program may still launch after you click on Open, but Internet Explorer could be configured so you do not receive this prompt when you click on the icon to start the program.
