Try each of the steps below until this issue is resolved:

  1. Close the internet browser and reopen Internet Explorer.
  2. Relaunch ResearchPoint and try to recreate the error.
  3. Go to Tools > Internet Options
  4. Go to the Advanced tab
  5. In Security, unmark 'Do not save encrypted pages to disk'
  6. Click Apply and then OK
  7. Attempt to log into ResearchPoint again and run the previous affected task
