The is error is typically associated by the previous logon session not disengaging from the application server. The most common cause for this is having improperly logging out of the hosted application (i.e. not selecting File>Exit & Sign out).
Another common cause is attempting to launch the desired product icon immediately after being kicked out of the program rather than waiting (up to 30 seconds) for the application server to drop the previous session before attempting to log into the program again.
