Please note that the following steps should normally be just the first part of a troubleshooting process. Uninstalling the Crystal Reports runtime components will cause all custom Crystal reports to stop working.
  1. Exit and sign out of the appropriate Blackbaud application
  2. Browse to the Deploy folder
  3. Within the Deploy folder, browse to this sub folder location: \ISSetupPrerequisites\Crystal Report XI Runtime Components
  4. Right click on the Crystal Report 11.msi file. Select the Uninstall option when prompted
