Raiser's Edge constituent records have a checkbox labeled 'deceased' on the Bio 1 tab. If a constituent is in a query on which an email list in NetCommunity is based and if the constituent is now deceased and this box is checked in Raiser's Edge, will NetCommunity still attempt to send emails to them?
NetCommunity will automatically exclude deceased constituents from NetCommunity email lists.
Note that these constituents will still show up in the Raiser's Edge query on which the NetCommunity email list is based though. This is one possible reason that the total count of recipients in a NetCommunity email list could be less than the total number of constituents in the corresponding Raiser's Edge query.
