To display the guest as a Participant on the Event:

  1. In the Participant or Event query, include the Guest of field in the Output tab so that you can tell which participant the guests are a guest for.
  2. Open an Event record
  3. From the Participant tab, open the registrant record of the person that the guest is for
  4. Click the Guests button and open the guest record
  5. Mark the 'Create a Participant for this guest' checkbox
  6. Save and close the guest record
  7. Save and close the event record


To delete the guest:

  1. In the Participant or Event query, include the Guest of field in the Output tab so that you can tell which participant the guests are a guest for.
  2. Open the Event record 
  3. From the Participant tab, open the registrant record of the person that the guest is for
  4. Click the Guests button
  5. Highlight the appropriate guest and click Delete
  6. Save and close the registrant record
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 for each guest to be deleted
  8. Save and close the event record
