Online Reenrollment Form Error: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: collection

When attempting to edit an existing Online Re-enrollment form as a NetCommunity back-end user or when attempting to access an Online Re-enrollment form as a parent, a server error is produced with an error message similar to:

Type: System.ArgumentNullException
Message: Value cannot be null. Parameter name: collection
StackTrace: at System.Collections.Generic.List`1..ctor(IEnumerable`1 collection) at Blackbaud.NetCommunity.EA7Controls.ListOfStudentsToReenroll.GetStudentsToReenroll() at Blackbaud.NetCommunity.EA7Controls.ListOfStudentsToReenroll.Page_Init(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.OnInit(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.InitRecursive(Control namingContainer) at System.Web.UI.Control.AddedControl(Control control, Int32 index) at Blackbaud.Web.Content.Portal.FormDisplayDisplay.StartAdditionalSelection(ICustomFormAdditionalInfoItem additionalInfoItem) at Blackbaud.Web.Content.Portal.FormDisplayDisplay.FormSelected(Guid formGUID, Guid FormInstanceGUID) at Blackbaud.Web.Content.Portal.FormDisplayDisplay.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.EventHandler.Invoke(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.OnLoad(EventArgs e) at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() at System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint)

It is possible that your Online Re-enrollment form is attempting to populate its list of permissible students based off of an Education Edge query that no longer exists. This can happen for example if you delete the Education Edge query on which the form is based.

Since you may not be able to edit this form as a NetCommunity back-end user without producing the server error, you will need to copy the form, and make the edit in the copied form.
  1. Select Site Explorer, Forms.
  2. Click Copy for the effected form.
  3. Edit the copied form.
  4. Click the Login Tab.
  5. Change the associated query.

Environment
