1. Go to Prospects > Wealth and Ratings Data (on the left)
  2. Go to the WealthPoint Search History Tab
  3. Set the filter to include all in the top pane.
  4. Verify the record in question is not still processing.
    • If it is highlight the line and click Cancel.
    • Go back to the Wealth and Ratings page of the Constituent record and click Get WealthPoint Updates to submit to WealthPoint.
