Order balance does not update when paying security deposits on Group Sales Reservations

When creating a Group Sales Reservation that requires a Security Deposit, the balance of the order is not updated if the deposit is paid. When checking in the reservation and completing the reservation, the full balance is still due and the desposit is not accounted for.
Security deposits do not reduce the balance on reservations, as they are meant to be returned at check out if the visit did not warrant it to be kept.   If the deposit is meant to apply to the balance, remove the security deposit and add it as a regular payment on the reservation.
