This is caused because of processing time differences.  At the time the update come through the connector, the Profile Update was valid.  Once the administrator has started processing it, the update is no longer valid, but it must be "processed" in order for it to be removed. 

For example, if an update came over on a Monday for a donation, but the donation was processed before the profile update, or if another sync came over with newer information (for example, Street was changed in Sphere to ST.) on Tuesday, Monday's Profile Update is now irrelevant and would cause the above message.
