How to set up, change, or verify my bank account information for a Sphere account

Your organization has switched bank accounts and needs to update banking information (or verify that the information on file is correct). These requests must be handled by Blackbaud's disbursements department.
To contact Disbursements to confirm the bank account on file, please email disbursements@blackbaud.com. Please include the following in your email:
  • First and Last Name
  • Phone Number
  • Preferred Email Address
  • Site ID
  • Sphere Account number
  • Organization's Name
To update the bank account on file:
  1. Download and complete the attached ACH Form (if you need the CAN form, please email Disbursements)
  2. Email the signed form to  disbursements@blackbaud.com.
