1. Create queries based on membership category to group together constituents to receive the letters (ex: Query of Category A, Query of Category B, Query of Category A and B)
  2. Create a new Renewal Notice, selecting Create custom data file and use a simple word merge. This letter should be written to the first group of people (ex: Category A). Include the appropriate query and run the Renewal Notice.
  3. Repeat step 2 for each additional group (ex: a separate letter for Category B, a separate letter for Category A and B) and include the appropriate queries.
