This is caused by the Donor Designation not being associated with the Campaign that is in use on the form. Below are steps to associate the Donor Designation with the Campaign.
  1. In Sphere, go to Control > Campaign Manager > Campaigns.
  2. Click on the Campaign Name.
  3. Go to the Properties tab and click Edit next to Funds.
  4. Under Gift Entry Rules, change the Donor Designation from "Cannot be related to this campaign" to "Available for selection at Gift Entry."
  5. Click Finish.
  6. Go to Communities > Forms: Single Step Donation.
  7. Hover over the form and choose Website Info.
  8. Click Donation Form Options and then choose Donor Designations.
  9. Click Select Donor Designations and then choose the Donor Designation.
  10. Click Save and then Update Your Event Now.
