Select Contacts > Individuals or Organizations.

  1. Click Show All, if necessary, to display all contact records in the database.

  2. Highlight the contact record and select Manage Contact.

  3. Select the Financial tab and then the Transaction tab.

  4. In the Transaction page for the individual or organization, highlight the Transaction ID and click Manage.

  5. In the Manage page for the transaction (payment), click Edit.
  1. Select Adjust.

  2. Change Received Amount to $0 and enter text in the "Edit Notes" box.  Example Text: "Removed because___." Or " Entered on ___form"

  3. Click Save.
