If you are able to log in, and you would like to reset your NOZA password, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to www.nozasearch.com.
2. Enter your email address in the box next to Email at the top of the page.
3. Enter your password in the box next to Password at the top of the page.
4. Click My Account at the top of the webpage.
5. Click Change Password.
6. Enter the password you just logged in with in the box next to Current Password.
7. Enter a new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password boxes.
8. Click Submit.

If you are unable to log in, and you would like to reset your NOZA password, please follow these steps:

1. Navigate to www.nozasearch.com.
2. Enter your email address in the box next to Email at the top of the page.
3. Type FORGOT in the box next to Password at the top of the page.
4. Your password will be emailed to your email account immediately.

Note: If you do not immediately receive an email from solutions@blackbaud.com, please check your Junk email box.
